Notice Requirements

Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including enough information for us to locate it (e.g., the listing URL or product page).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Earlyo may be found.

Repeat Infringers

Earlyo will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove content that infringes upon any third-party copyright at any time without prior notice.

Content on Earlyo

Listings on Earlyo may contain product images sourced from retailer websites, press releases, and brand announcements. These images are reproduced for the purpose of identifying and discussing pre-order products, which we believe constitutes fair use. If you are a rights holder and object to this use, please submit a DMCA notice and we will promptly remove the disputed material.
